Lost or Misdelivered Orders

Help!  My order is marked delivered but I did not receive it!

Oh no!  We are very sorry to hear that! Sometimes USPS, UPS and FedEx packages can be marked as delivered but not show up for a few days after. Here are some steps to try to locate the package:

  1. Check with neighbors to see if the package was left with them either on purpose or by accident
  2. Check with family members – sometimes someone else in the household will pick up the package and put it somewhere out of plain sight
  3. Ask the delivery postal worker if you catch them where he/she left the package
  4. (The most effective tip) call your local post office, UPS or FedEx customer service to see if it is sitting there. If not, ask them if they can check their delivery GPS to find out exactly where it was delivered.  All tracked orders can be geo located.

If the package still cannot be located, and may have been stolen, I will help you file a claim with USPS, UPS or FedEx once you obtain a copy of the police report. Here are some other steps to try:

  1. File a police report with local police department
  2. Report the theft to the Postal Inspection Service by calling 877-876-2455 between 8:00am-4:30pm – select option #3
  3. Completing the “Mail Theft - Mail Not Received Complaint Form” online at https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Mail-Theft
